I love this! Santa looks to be peering in the window, perhaps a bit sad or perplexed at what he's seeing. Maybe he can see a plate of cookies that he hopes are intended for him but it's too early in the day (note blue sky) for him to pop in and partake of them. Or maybe someone else is eating them.
