I'm Torn
My zinnias are in full bloom!
As are my Annabelle hydrangeas........
(As I have mentioned ad-naseum for the past month.)
So, which lucky flowers get to be "front and center" inside my house? I love them both and cannot demote either type (and I do not like hydrangeas mixed with zinnias -- or maybe I just don't know how to properly arrange them --surely not.)
Anyway - after much hand-wringing (THAT is a joke - I am not much of a 'hand-wringer') the zinnias won the Entry Hall Centerpiece award for this week....
Zinnias just belong in mason jars, don't they?
And a close 2nd place goes to the hydrangeas - who won the coveted spot on the kitchen table.........
Decisions, decisions! What a blessing -to get to choose from such a gorgeous selection!
God writes the gospel not in the Bible alone, but on trees and flowers and clouds and stars. ~Martin Luther
My flowers are quite the inspiration for my paintings, so I am joining Melissa at The Inspired Room for her Inspiration Party! and decorating with flowers from my yard is inexpensive, so I am joing Wendy at The Shabby Nest for Frugal Friday!
By the way, I bought that cute table runner on Etsy from Darling Damask .
