Happy to Design hosts a Sunday Favorites blog party - where you re-post a favorite post. Here is mine.........
Tyn Church, Prague

2 Peter 11-12
11Dear friends, I urge you, as aliens and strangers in the world, to abstain from sinful desires, which war against your soul. 12Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us.

Peter was writing to Christians. We should not expect to 'fit in', here on earth. Don't live like everyone else - we are supposed to be different.
This is especially true as morals continue to decay all around us. Be salt in this world, preserving God's truths in this decaying world.
Have a great Sunday!

So very happy to have you join in with us for Sunday Favorites, my friend! What beautiful photos...isn't that cathedral in Praque fabulous? I was in Europe about 4 yrs. ago and really enjoyed touring some very famous cathedrals!!!
I love the scriptures in I Peter that you shared...so very true!!! I think so many are very unhappy today simply because they spend all their energies on trying to "fit in"! I'm thankful for the peace that the Lord has given me in regards to this...I'm just who I am...in Him!!! I think the second photo of the little church in the midst of the govt. buildings is a great analogy of the scripture in I Peter...thank you for sharing this with us today! What a blessing!!!
Have a super Sunday, my friend!!!
