Speaking of Spring - Romantic Country

We are having an unbelievably beautiful spring in Georgia.  Except for the pollen (and I am so very thankful for allergy medicine!).  This is my neighbor's yard.

And here is the spirea blooming in mine, right now....

And a dogwood in my backyard....

And a little wisteria down the block....

Here is one more pretty view on my daily walk....

Now - onto my topic at hand.  Romantic Country magazine.

The Spring issue of Romantic Country magazine featured my friend Kat Warren's art.

Kat Warren and Mary Beth Griffin combine their creativity to form beautiful art.  Kat is a talented photographer.  Mary Beth is a exceptional artist. Their combined creations are known as Ebb Tide Studios.  Look at that bird in a cage, up there, isn't that eye-catching? I particularly like this one...

and this one.....

Their beautiful and unique art is available at Low Tide High Style

and by the way, I sell some of my art there, too!

I bet your cardinals (if you painted more) could end up in a magazine. Ha. Or a Groupon ad. Argh.

Simply stunning. It's almost more than you can take in.

My mother use to call spirea by the old name of "bride's wreath."
Perhaps it was used for weddings. It's always right on time with southern azaleas.
Fellow Atlantan here! Isn't the Wisteria AMAZING? It just bursted overnight last week and I love it. It actually has made my dreadful commute so much better for the past couple days. Here's to no more pollen soon though!
