Before and After - Part 2
Yesterday, I shared with you the exterior portion of my mom's rental house makeover.
Today is the day for the inside photos.

Another view of the family room (after we removed the filthy carpet)....
The den and hall and kitchen were painted Sherwin Williams Townhall Tan.
ALL of the existing flooring had to come out of the house.

We replaced the floors with a vinyl that looks like wood......

This was the perfect flooring option for a house in this price range.

The bedrooms were carpeted with a neutral carpet.

And the bathrooms were begging for new paint, and needed all of the out-of-date lights and wooden towel racks removed....

We also replaced the mirror and the faucets.

The 1980 wooden base was still very sturdy - so we painted the bathroom cabinets black (like my sister did in her bathroom.)

The black on the cabinets is much cleaner looking and closer to 2012 than the stained wood.
Tomorrow, I will post photos of the kitchen!
