Am I a Collector?

I don't really collect things on purpose.

It just sort of happens.

Like my white footed dishes on my living room mantle.....

I bought some of those to resell in my booth, but couldn't part with them.

And then there are my globes.....

And my antique frames.....

And my birds by my front door......

I am joining Privet and Holly for her Collection Party!

Your mantle is so attractive. I love anything footed. It has such elegance. I think you have a great eye for displaying collections. Great post.

I love all your collections. I know how it is to buy-to-sell but hard to part with those precious pieces. May as well enjoy them for awhile (that's my story anyway).

I'm not sure any of us plan on starting collections, they just happen.

I really like your bird picture collection... you have some very unusual pictures.

Please drop by and check out my BUNNY HOP PARTY that I will be hosting starting in August.

How fun to have bird gallery wall right inside your front door.

I am coming over from Suzanne's at Privet and Holly.

Tricia, I don't
know what I love
more; your collections,
your sweet and cozy
home or how you have
seamlessly blended
both together. You
can most definitely
tell that you have an
artistic eye! Thank
you for joining my
collector's party; it
wouldn't have been the
same without you!!

Hi! I love your art work! Big question though...How do you blend your own art work with other things in your home? I do some art work myself and love to use it in my home but I am never quite sure if it fits with my other decorating interests/style. Any advise or pictures of your home where you have blended in your own artwork that you can share?
