Dinner

The meat-eaters in my family loved this recipe for pork loin by Paula Deen.  Surprisingly, this recipe did not call for a stick of butter (have you ever noticed that she uses butter in EVERYTHING?  No wonder her recipes are delicious!)

The above photo is not mine - I did not carve a flower out of a vegetable.
The rest of our meal included rice, spinach salad, and a roll.

Enjoy your day!

It looks delicious, and let's face it . . . few of us are food stylists and rarely do we take the time to make a regular night's meal look pretty! And how funny (wierd, not haha) that we had pork roast last night too, only ours was cooked in a slow cooker with potatoes, carrots and onions. In a couple of days the leftover pork loin will become BBQ sandwiches! Blessings, Becky G. in GA
Yum! I do her love her stuff, but she uses way too much butter!
Have to try this tomorrow! Needed an idea.
