Which Painting Do You Like BEST?


Some friends of mine gave me their drafting table.

They have been encouraging me to paint more.

They would not let me pay them for the table !! (grrrr-)



This is their cute house............





And HERE is my "thank you" to them for the drafting table..............

Except -I wasn't sure if they would like it, so I created a second one........

Trish, I voted for the acrylic, but love them both. It was more of a close my eyes and pick one vote because both paintings are gorgeous!

I also voted for the acrylic but love them both-I'd love to get either as a present to hang in my house. What a wonderful idea!

What a beautiful thank you! I know they'll love whichever one you give but personally I like the vibrant colors better.

I choose the watercolor because I'm a watercolorist. They are both great paintings and the acrylic is more vibrant but watercolor can be vibrant and full of color also. Look at David R. Daniels wonderful paintings. I'm sure the loved ones receiving your paintings are going to thrilled with either or both.

Ohhh..do I have to pick? Both are amazing. I guess it would depend on the style of her decor; is she a pastel girl or does she like a pop of color?

I didn't really vote because I agree with Ginger, that it depends on their decor and taste. I love both of them... and all your other work as well.

I didn't vote because I love them both. What I would do is give them both! The acrylic one can be hung in the summer and spring months and the water color can be hung in the fall and winter months. I think they would LOVE them both!

I love them both, honestly. I think they are so completely different which is funny because they are almost identical. The vibrancy of the first paints made me vote for that one! Fantastic.

I didn't vote because I love them both!!!! They are beautiful. I think the decision ultimately comes down to how they have their home decorated and which style fits in best. These would also be great printed as notecards for them! You are so talented!

Trish, I vote for both. I can't choose. I love the graphic nature of the acrylic. But I also love watercolors. Great gift! Enjoy the table :)
