God's Timing
He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end. Ecclesiastes 3:11
For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father's family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to royal position for such a time as this?" Esther 4:14
Esther was placed (by God) in that specific time in history and in that particular royal position to do God's will and carry out God's plan. We are all placed in our homes, in our towns, in our country, and at this point in history, for a reason.
